a. Fluorescence
in situ Hybridization (FISH) based analysis of Amniotic Fluid,
Chorionic Villus, Umbilical chord Blood for following tests
1. Chromosomal
analysis of 13, 18, 21, X & Y. An interphase FISH technique,
allows for rapid detection of the common trisomies in amniotic
fluid, chorionic villi, and newborn blood samples. These results
are available in 24 to 48 hours of receipt of samples.

Cri-du-chat, DiGeorge/Velocardiofacial, Kallman, Miller-Dieker,
Prader-Willi, Smith-Magenis, Steroid Sulfatase Deficiency,

Genetics
1. Triple
& Quadruple Maternal Marker for Neural tubal Defects, Down's
syndrome & other chromosomal anueploidies. Maternal Blood
is screened for AFP, hCG, uE3, Inhibin.

Natal & Adult Molecular Genetics
This is

- Molecular
Genetics: We are able to offer bcl-2 Analysis, bcr/abl Analysis,
T&B Cell Gene Rearrangement
- FISH
analysis of various cancer tissues. Based on the request we
can confirm which probe is hybridized to the tissue or specimen
of interest.
- RNA
Expression Studies of the Cancer tissue. This technique evaluates
the RNA expression of the tissue of interest using the microarray
techniques. It evaluates over 10,000 genes for qualitative
& quantative analysis of their RNA expression. In addition
it studies the expression pattern over a time period like
pre therapy & post therapy.
